Our company engages in the business of preparing title examinations for title insurance agents and underwriters. We are currently servicing the counties of Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Orange and Dutchess, all located within the Hudson Valley region of New York State.

We’ve developed a brand new series of digital products that combine the worlds of geospatial technology and traditional “old school” title searching. The result is a digital examination that’s more comprehensive, faster, easier and less expensive to use than our competitor’s traditional pen to paper products.

Much of our new web site is currently under construction. When completed, our site will become the center of many of our daily operations such as; order processing, completed files stored, invoicing, payments, county news bulletins, and much more.
